Organizational citizenship behavior in civil society workplaces

چکیده

Abstract Organizational citizenship behavior is argued to be particularly important civil society organizations (Akhtar, Hakeem, & Naeem, 2017). However, organizational needs further theoretically driven research in the sector, which overarching aim of this study compared two competing models within New Zealand's sector: Organ (1988) and Williams Anderson (1991) models. Participants were N = 442 employees from 217 Zealand. Confirmatory factor analysis tested these measurement behavior. Results suggested tended perform accordance with structured five‐factor model, independent their organization. are discussed, a focus on why working sector seem more likely model behavior, practical implications presented.
